TVO at the presentation of the Tour de France 2020
TVO was present today at the presentation of the 2 Aindin stages of the 2020 Tour de France, alongside elected officials, Bernard Thévenet, Thierry Gouvenou (ASO Technical Director) and François Belay (the voice of the TDF). The 2020 edition, broadcast in 190 countries, will feature numerous mountain stages, including the Lyon / Grand Colombier stage on July 12. A triple ascent of the famous pass is on the program, representing a total of 80 km of climbing! It's sure to be a battle between the climbers, and a great spectacle for spectators.

1/ Save the date... The Ain Bugey Valromey Tour will run for 6 days in 2020, from July 9 to 14!
2/ On July 11, the day before the TDF, our juniors will have the honor of climbing the slopes of Colombier, cheered on by tens of thousands of spectators for the next day's queen event, a major Anglefort / Culoz stage.
3/ On July 12, the only one of its kind in 33 years of events, the organizers have decided to introduce a rest day to enable our young champions to watch the TDF event and get up close to their idols.

TVO was present today at the presentation of the 2 Department stages of the Tour De France 2020 with elected officials, Bernard Thevenet (double winner of the TDF), Thierry Gouvenou (ASO) and François Belay (speaker of the TDF). A tour that will give a major spotlight on the beauties of our territory through the retransmissions in 190 countries. This 2020 edition will include many mountain stages, including the best one, on July 12, Lyon / Grand Colombier. A triple climb of the famous mountain on the program: the "Selle de Fromentel" 1174 m, the "Col de la Biche" 1325m, and the famous Culoz mountain road to reach 1501m, a total rise of 80 km! A fight between climbers, for sure a beautiful show for us.
